Return and Cancellation Policy

At My Cubicles, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products and services. Our return, replacement, and cancellation policies are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Order Cancellation

Before Processing:

If you wish to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, you are eligible for a 100% refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

After Processing (When the Order is Shipped):

If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to cover return and handling costs.

If delivery is refused by the customer, the logistics charges for both to and fro shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Timing Restrictions:

We cannot accept cancellation requests between 12 AM to 6 AM IST due to system maintenance.

Refund Timeline:

After cancellation, the refund process will begin once the shipment starts its return journey to our warehouse.

The refund will be processed within 4-7 business days after we have received the returned shipment.

Disclaimer on Free Shipping
Free shipping provided by My Cubicles is applicable only on successful orders.

If the order is canceled or rejected after it has been shipped, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Return Policy
At My Cubicles, we offer a flexible return and replacement policy for our customers. Our policy is based on the condition of the product upon receipt.

Return Period:

A product purchased on My Cubicles is eligible for return or parts replacement within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided it meets any of the following conditions:

The product delivered is different from what was ordered. (Please note that slight variations in product dimensions or color due to manual measurements or lighting are not covered under this policy.)

The product is received in a physically damaged condition or found to be defective upon opening the package.

Parts or accessories described as "In the Box" are missing from the delivery.

Types of Returns/Replacements:

  • Quick Fix: If a simple replacement part can resolve the issue, we’ll send it to you free of charge.

  • Partial Return/Replacement: If only certain parts of the product are problematic, we will either send replacements for those parts or accept them for return.

  • Full Return/Replacement: If the entire product is damaged or incorrect, we will offer a full replacement or refund.


Shipping Costs for Returns:

My Cubicles will cover shipping costs for verified replacement parts in cases such as manufacturing defects, missing parts, or damage during transport.

Conditions for Reporting Damages

Any product received in a physically damaged condition or damaged upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with valid images or video evidence.

Reports submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Return and Replacement Process

Once a return or replacement request is received, our support team will review it carefully according to our policy.

In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, My Cubicles reserves the right to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement of the affected part(s) free of charge or initiating a full return and refund if the part(s) are unavailable.


Refund Options

My Cubicles reserves the right to process refunds in the following forms:

  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • Replacement of the product.
  • Issuing a voucher that can be redeemed for any product available on the My Cubicles website.
