• Warranty Summary: This product comes with a 3-year warranty within India. If any part of the product is damaged, we will replace that part. If the part is unavailable, we will replace the whole product.
• Covered Under Warranty: The warranty is valid only if you show the original purchase receipt when requesting service. My Cubicles will send the original receipt to your email when the order is confirmed. The warranty covers any defects in the product that happen because of manufacturing issues. It also covers damages like termites, fungus, color fading, or product failure.
• Not Covered Under Warranty: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (the person who bought the product directly from My Cubicles) and is non-transferable. It is valid only within India. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or improper installation. Normal wear and tear from regular use is also not covered.
